Pros

None that I am aware of. I didn't see one pro to this job. It was all cons.

Cons

Where should I start? I worked there for about 2 months and then the company terminated me because I got ill and need to have off a couple of days. They claimed that I quit, but I have proof of the text message that I sent to the dispatcher as well as my call log telling him I was ill. They wanted me to drive the truck while I was having fits of passing out and dizzy for which I told them that it was unsafe and I didn't feel comfortable doing so and it was my life, the lives of others and my CDL on the line. They didn't care and terminated me for because I need a couple of days to get better. They don't care about you and you are just a number. I do not recommend them to anyone. They are two faced.

Pros

Guaranteed pay, really helps when there are slow months, management seems to be doing a better job at listening to the drivers.

Cons

No consistent schedule, very hard to have a life outside of this company. The pay is not enough for what you have to deal with.
