my opinions of tierpoint - Director Engineering TierPoint Employee Review

TierPoint is a company that lives on core values and challenges the employees. I would say that the people here are one of my top positives as the relationships and collaboration are so important to us all. This company also provides great opportunities for people to learn through training and real world customer deployments to help them grow technically. I have personally received several certifications since joining them. There are also opportunities for career growth as I have seen many coworkers being promoted within their own team and into others. I love challenges and change as I would get bored otherwise so this is a place that I love as it is always changing. Lastly, during covid, I saw TierPoint support my teams by allowing us, where possible, to able to work from home which was a blessing during a tough time we all lived and worked in.
