Pros
One of the best companies I have ever worked for! I would highly recommend working for TierPoint. Also many long-term staffers (at least 10+ years)! I left a company that I was with for almost 5 years that I would never recommend anyone work for as it had horrible company culture, staff were treated like slaves and not compensated fairly unless a high executive, HR was a joke, they kept staff in the dark, etc. When I came to TierPoint, I was highly impressed from the start. Our HR team is awesome! Onboarding was pretty top notch compared to other experiences I have had, and I even received an unexpected and sweet welcome package. They do a lot for their staff in general and most importantly care. Most of our higher executives have an open door policy. They keep the whole company informed regularly on all things important. I have never had a bad experience with anyone have I worked with. Employees here are friendly and great to work with! Basically, it took me months to soak in the goodness and believe that this is what an employee should be treated like after being miserable for 5 years at my previous employer. I love my job and the people I work with daily!
Cons
No real cons! If I had to choose one it would be something that I feel every company of this size or bigger is challenged by: communication across departments. At the same time, it is something this company is getting better and better about and progressively improving.
