Pros

Discount and LVMH sales once in a while.

Cons

Forget about reporting ongoing concerns regarding the work environment and culture within the warehouse. Specifically- the lack of inclusivity regarding language. Work-related matters are frequently discussed exclusively in Spanish- which excludes non-Spanish speaking associates from the decision-making process. On multiple occasions-I have been excluded from these discussions only to be notified of the finalized outcomes. Despite bringing this to management's attention and forwarding specific examples via email, these issues and the associated microaggressions remain unaddressed. Furthermore, there is a perceived lack of equitable career advancement. It appears that promotions are based on favoritism rather than merit or hard work. This- combined with the recent 1-2% salary increases—which were disappointing given the company’s reported success—has significantly impacted morale. Finally, I have observed a hostile dynamic where high-performing new employees are treated with resentment by coworkers once their productivity and learning pace become evident.

Pros

There's never been any pros.

Cons

Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
