Pros
The only pro is the Employee Discount, but you tend to not care about that anymore after working in that department.
Cons
The three musketeers (aka management) that have been occupying those management seats since the beginning of time need to be removed. There is 100% turnover at the staff level and it is due to working with incompetent managers that literally do no work. They can't even draft their own emails and add zero value to that department. That is the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced and it will not change until those 3 individuals are removed. There is no dollar amount that you could pay me to ever return to that company.
