Cons
This is not the place to work if you want to move up. Upper mgmt. Hires the "best" candidate they "know". Upper mgmt is clueless and not qualified as They don't even know the jobs their subordinantes do. They have very bad communication skills and are unapproachable. They make snide comments and talk to you like "you" are the one who doesn't understand when you are the one doing the job day in and out. Pay is not good but hear it's way worse in distribution. They can do better on "raises" for higher performers instead of giving everyone the same Bad morale among co-workers HR not helpful at all and they never get back to you. Way too political. Too many employees not doing their job but the company won't let them go because they do a "majority" of their job.
