Some VP level members are unfit for the position and drive the business results down. In Manufacturing employees are not trusted, often falsely accused of being a direct cause of poor results where nothing is done to improve morale, improve the work flow and systems from practical perspective. A lot of abstract theory is chewed at each meeting, people leave with no concrete action plans. VP is extremely poor communicator, uses divide and conquer method to control people, treats people like numbers, very low morale at manufacturing locations.
