Pros

Potential commission and bonuses Employee discounts

Cons

Commission depends Of the percentage of the goal you sell each month, goals are high and without a client base most months very difficult to reach, so you only make 1% which is barely anything. If you leave for training, vacation, sick leave the goal doesn’t get adjusted (it used to and l was hired with term) Let’s say you have a great month and get paid 3% for your sales a month, and something big you sold it’s being returned for an exchange at the same value next month; You get a charge back at 3% and if the current month you aren’t doing well (so getting only 1% commission) you won’t get any money until you even out what you owe, even though they spent the same amount with you at the time of the exchange. Sold something for 50k, got paid $1500, chargeback $1500, new commission $500 The transaction costs you $1000 So you could be paying that back for months and get only paid the base. You have to be standing for 8 hours

Pros

There's never been any pros.

Cons

Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
