Pros

Good Training and Education Program; wonderful Regional Managers with vast industry experience. Good for young and inexperience employees (Marketing & Pr Department). Good Benefits, Good Salary, Good Work-life balance

Cons

Limited growth/career development (no one ever leaves). Too decentralised with to much input from different departments causing to many changes over short periods.

Pros

There's never been any pros.

Cons

Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
