Pros
Benefits are ok, health insurance is average, basic gym reimbursement of under 400 a year. Nothing amazing. 10 sick days and after you take about 5, you're under serious monitoring. There are some very nice colleagues, but many of the great people have been leaving over the last 2 years.
Cons
Pay is low and non competitive, hours become very long at the office. Total Chaos and disorganization - your job can be changed by company/management on a whim without prior notice! - many people don't know this about Tiffany. Promises are not honored by management. Incompetent individuals get away with not doing work while competent individuals receive exuberant amount of work and are penalized for small mistakes.
