Benefits are good as is the employee store. Great co-workers who genuinely care for each other.
Cons
Favoritism is a huge issue in this department to say the least. This has been brought to the managers attention time and time again yet nothing changes, it only gets worse. Hypocrisy also lives in this department! What's good for the goose is also good for gander, right? Not here!! Do not attempt to challenge this either as you will only get "it's my party and I'll cry if I want to" response. Don't bother making any suggestions either. If the Manager hasn't come up with it, she will not listen or value your idea. Ill utilization of staff. The hard workers are basically punished for a job well done, while other staff that barely make it into the office are praised to no end. Go figure!
