High product standards carried through the years. Former CEO's genuine concerns for the natural environment, way before CSR became popular. Great brand name.
Cons
Communication has always been an issue. Revolving doors of executives in recent years have resulted in frequent changes in organization structure, strategies, culture, focus, etc., much to the dismay of employees.
