Workload and Compensation: We have an Annual Salary Review and Bonus Program designed to recognize and reward employees for their hard work and contributions throughout the year. We take your feedback about management seriously, as we are committed to maintaining a supportive and positive work environment. To ensure our managers are equipped to effectively support and engage with their teams, we have invested in comprehensive leadership training programs. Additionally, Tilebar enforces a zero-tolerance policy for retaliation. If an employee reported retaliation to HR for raising concerns, we would conduct a thorough investigation and work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to address the issue promptly and appropriately.
