Pros
Great products and farming practices. From a consumer perspective, it is something to be proud to spend your money on. The farmers are really the best part of the company. Good pay and benefits.
Cons
Although this is a "smaller" company, this is the most political company that I have ever worked for. There are clear hierarchies and "status" within the company. They have a record of doing a lot of constructive discharges, meaning forcing employees to resign rather than be terminated. If they want you gone, they will find a reason to get you out. They advertise that they offer lots of inclusive training and employee development, but it is really not true if you start talking to those working there. There is very minimal support for any development plan and it is difficult to get internal sponsors to help with the development plans. There are so many smart employees that are willing to grow with them, but if someone with the "status" doesn't like them, your're gone.
