Pros
The bright spot in this company is the people you work with. They are wonderful, down-to-earth folks who are great team players and always willing to jump in and help. The benefits are standard in the industry but good. They seem to always be trying to improve the benefits their employees receive.
Cons
I worked for this company for over seven years. During the first three years, I could only take one full day off, and by the end, I could take up to three days before being called back to work. The company needs to be better resourced and have a work-life balance. The CEO and leadership have a "do more with less" attitude, are not willing to provide the support needed to get the job done, and there are very few, if any, development and growth opportunities. Additionally, the salary and bonuses offered are below industry standards for similar positions.
