Pros
You're going to work hard--and you're going to grow and learn a lot in the process. Management will hold you to account, but they're fair and will help you to build on your experiences. It's a great place to learn new things, cross-train in a variety of areas, and work with managers that will coach you to do better and stretch yourself. Of course that helps the company, but you will grow yourself in the process. It's not the place for everybody, but if you don't mind being driven to excel (while being supported along the way), you can really give your career and skillset a boost. Oh, by the way, we're revolutionizing the restaurant industry with the best technology in the market. And the people REALLY do care about each other. It's like a family that wants to see you do well, not just for the company's sake but also your own. You're going to put in a solid day's work, but you will be heading home at a decent hour.
Cons
As the result of the merger of two companies, there is still some alignment that needs to be done between the companies' platforms. There seems to be too much remaining rivalry between the San Diego and Atlanta teams. There are also a lot of opportunities that, as a smaller company, have to be back-burnered due to a lack of resources.
