Friendly and collaborative environment. I work mainly with the Human Resources and Talent Acquisitions teams. One of their main focuses is team work and maintaining a positive experience for candidates and employees. They have clear communication about their short and long term goals and, genuinely want to see you succeed. They also give you opportunities to broaden your knowledge and skill set. Everyone, whether it's the VP or my direct supervisor, is willing to help, while not micro managing my every move. Very fun and laid back office, even though it's clear that everyone works hard and is very dedicated to Tillster as a whole.
