Unethical and Horrible - Project Manager Tillster Employee Review

At Tillster as an employee, you are a lemon. They will squeeze you out till you have no flesh left. The culture is toxic and favoritism is everywhere. It almost reminds me of a poor functioning high school. Cliques are the norm and working overtime as well. Even if you finish on time, you’ll be shaking and having nightmares about what’s next to come. It’s totally normal to get called out of bed or when you’re enjoying your evening with you family. No credit nor appreciation is given, rather your work be hijacked and someone else will take the credit for it. They hire also a bunch of visa workers that they can abuse till the bone. I would personally run from this venture capital run company.
