Pros

As a directors of Devops I was running operations , R&D, and embedded engineering. R&D with cutting edge cloud tech. Leadership is awesome and very supportive. My boss, VP of Applications Development was true leader caring about his people and he was proud of them. I could really say that Tillster was truly one of the best places I ever worked at due to people and tech fact.

Possible unstable industry. Sometimes tight deadlines.

The base salary was decent.

Constant busy work and no real guidance or thought around process. Had to constantly ask to get paid commission.
