I had high hopes for Tillster based on their ok portfolio and industry reputation, but my experience fell far short of expectations. While the team demonstrated a certain level of design expertise, significant communication gaps plagued the project from the start. Feedback cycles were slow and often lacked the responsiveness I had anticipated, leading to delays and a final product that did not fully align with the initial vision. Moreover, I was particularly disappointed by the lack of leadership from the CEO and the VP of UI/UX, both of whom demonstrated a level of incompetence and unprofessional behavior that undermined the project’s success. Their inability to provide clear direction, coupled with dismissive attitudes toward feedback, made it difficult to establish a collaborative or trusting working environment. Overall, my experience with Tillster was marred by disorganization, poor communication, and ineffective leadership. I would caution others to carefully consider these issues before engaging their services.
