Pros
Worked at Tillys for over a year. I honestly can't think of any that I had experienced in my time there.
Cons
They treat their employees like garbage. Everyone talks behind everyone's backs. Managers and District managers don't care how their employees feel when they come to work. All they care about is the money, not how their employees on the front line making the sales feel. I will continue to advise everyone I come in contact with to NEVER work for this company. You will loose you're sense of creativity and freedom in return for a small check and a feeling and demeaning self esteem. Not worth it.
