Pros
You become very close with your coworkers and actually have fun with them while working. Very good first job, gain lots of customer service experience. management actually cares about their employees.
Cons
not a great discount, only 20%, sometimes 40%. they stress sales a lot and expect to make a lot of money even when the store is dead. Not very much opportunity to get promoted unless your one of the top sellers in your store.
