Pros

Great employees, dress code is latest fashion trends, and awesome product. It is a great first step into the retail management world. You have the opportunity to touch base with all the fields. Operations ( paperwork, inventory, numbers, goals, sales expectations, schedules, audits), training and development (employee progress reports, interviews, employee files, recruitment) and Visuals (floors sets, markdown, mark ups, transfers, mannequins). They use a great systems to get you set up for a carrier as a retail store manager. 401k, dental, and health insurance. 40% off each season. A very young company and still growing with new stores opening up and with a very open and patient mind you could reach your retail goals with this company.

Cons

I've had a very interesting experience working for a very laid back upper management staff. Delegating orders per superiors to they're subordinates as if almost they held no responsibility to actions taken in store operations. The discount isn't so great but it is available for use by family. It was really hard to see employees work so hard to reach they're selling goals and grow just to be in the same position (carrot on a stick) with false promises of promotion being very easy to achieve. Pros

- Enjoyed working with teens/young adults and building them up into the workforce/ teaching them responsibilities -Policies were awesome, but not always backed by upper management - Always pushing you to be better

Cons

- Upper management did not have equal expectations of stores/ lacked clear communication -PAY, they will pay someone who is hired external far more then they ever will an internal. Doesn’t matter how long you’re there. I was trained from a seasonal, all the way up and made far less than newer peers. They do not see as much value in internals which is so unfortunate for them. Did my 8 years and have a lot of resentment over this.
