This place will expect you to work all day and all night to make up for the 15 meetings they have all day trying to figure out and attempt to be telecom consultants and an engineering firm. Not to mention the pathetic performance in construction management. If practical telecom is what your experienced in stay away from the chaos and avoid having way too many inexperienced managers throw you under the bus to make themselves look better. Tilsons definition of technology is to hire more managers who know nothing about the industry and to put band-aids over band-aids. Sad because the Salt lake team had some talent but they continue to lose the good people
