Thank you for the positive feedback and constructive feedback on compensation. The transition from hourly to salaried removes the overtime construct, but I do agree that the salary should be at a fair market rate for the job, including all of that job's demands. Please do bring up your specific concern with your supervisor, any open door link in the chain of command, or HR. While I can't guarantee that will result in a salary change, we will certainly look at it with an open mind, and we don't retaliate against someone for questioning something.
