Pros
Lots to get done everyday, never a shortage of tasks, projects, and work. The management team experience varies, and you are likely to encounter different styles often, as things change often. Safety focus is excellent. They seem to genuinely care. Pay is decent and holidays are pretty good. Plenty of room for growth.
Cons
There seems to be a lot done for show. Things like culture and benefits are spotlighted, but those are things that they could actually do better. I get the feeling that culture especially is an area that used to be much better, and the management thinks they are still doing well. In reality it feels like other places I've worked, not especially bad, but not especially great. Too much change. It just feels like things are in a constant state of change.
