It's unlikely you will move up here unless you are in the 'club' of one of the companies that all came over with management last year. HR is typical 'company driven' HR - DO NOT TRUST THEM, they are there to protect the company Upper management do not stick to their values of integrity and transparency - they say one thing in a meetings but their actions say something else. They also preach accountability but are incapable of taking responsibility for their horrible decisions, instead pushing them down on their teams. If you work at Tilson, they can have you do whatever job they want, whenever they want, regardless of what you got hired to do. So they'll push you until you've had enough of them moving you all around, then they'll just force you out, holding the door open, by making you do things outside of your area.
