Pros

For the most part, people were great. Both in the home office and onsite at the communities. As they continued there steady approach on growth, it seemed like they were always trying to figure out ways to improve and keep employees happy.

Cons

Some of the communities were rough and onsite staff were exposed to some pretty dangerous environments.

Your review is appreciated. Over the last six months, Timberland Partners has reviewed our communities in Des Moines and Cedar Rapids. We made leadership changes and made significant investments in communities that needed additional capital. We are focused on resident and team member retention. Please let me know about exposure to dangerous environments by sending an e-mail to HR@timberlandPartners.com. We want to resolve this quickly.

Pros

Pay is good, fair expectations, team culture is great if everyone on your team contributes, friendly upper management and supportive sister sites.

Cons

Health benefits are severely lacking and could use a good overhaul for what we pay bi weekly for. The green track program is excellent if they had more opportunities of advancement, but in the field once you hit CM status, you’re basically just stuck. However, this is great for the company having low turnover in staffing.
