      High expectations that are obtainable & able to be achieved, Forward thinking, Stays Ahead Of Their Competition With Software & Overall Customer Service to residents, Leader in the property management industry, family oriented, fun work environment, exciting new opportunities that are produced due to their continual growing company.

      Pros

      Pay is good, fair expectations, team culture is great if everyone on your team contributes, friendly upper management and supportive sister sites.

      Cons

      Health benefits are severely lacking and could use a good overhaul for what we pay bi weekly for. The green track program is excellent if they had more opportunities of advancement, but in the field once you hit CM status, you’re basically just stuck. However, this is great for the company having low turnover in staffing.
