Pros

The hours are reasonable. It is a job where you will feel appreciated for your time and management will listen to you. There's no dread to go to work because the pay is there and management is so helpful. It's really nice how personable a lot of the people from the home office are with the training's and CapEx project so that you can put a face to the name. I like having the quarter meeting online because it shows the company cares about where they are and they want everyone to know how were doing. It's been a great change of pace for me.

Cons

Originally the only con was working for 4 hours on Sunday. It just offset the week. With the pandemic we have been closed so everything has really smoothed out and it has made time in the office more efficient for me. Since that has been changed I don't have any.

Pros

Pay is good, fair expectations, team culture is great if everyone on your team contributes, friendly upper management and supportive sister sites.

Cons

Health benefits are severely lacking and could use a good overhaul for what we pay bi weekly for. The green track program is excellent if they had more opportunities of advancement, but in the field once you hit CM status, you’re basically just stuck. However, this is great for the company having low turnover in staffing.
