Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking time to recognize our training team and we are sorry to hear about your experience with us. Timberland Partners strives to cultivate a winning culture and we assure you that we are committed to creating a work environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to do their best work. One way Timberland Partners promotes open feedback is through our annual engagement survey. This survey is meticulously reviewed and acted upon each year. Currently there are several committees in place composed of team members from all levels and positions. These teams are responsible for collaborating, creating, and implementing solutions to areas of concern and opportunities given to us by team members like yourself. This is one of several ways we encourage team members to provide feedback. Please do not hesitate to email us at hr@timberlandpartners.com if you have any questions or further concerns you’d like to discuss.

Pros

Pay is good, fair expectations, team culture is great if everyone on your team contributes, friendly upper management and supportive sister sites.

Cons

Health benefits are severely lacking and could use a good overhaul for what we pay bi weekly for. The green track program is excellent if they had more opportunities of advancement, but in the field once you hit CM status, you’re basically just stuck. However, this is great for the company having low turnover in staffing.
