Pros
The culture is great for people willing to accept less than the best. The mission, vision & guiding principles create a strong backbone of all upper management acted within these rote-repeated ideals the company would soar.
Cons
Some upper management individuals make decisions based on personal feelings and benefit rather than looking at the benefit for the majority of Timberland Partners. Mission, vision & guiding principles are empty words, communication is only desired if it conforms to management opinion.
