Our leadership team remains focused on transparency, accountability, and the continued development of our people and culture. In 2025, guided by employee feedback, we strengthened communication and trust through monthly company-wide forums that share progress on goals, enhanced opportunities for anonymous feedback, and executive skip-level sessions designed to foster open dialogue. Results from our 2025 Manager Effectiveness Index reflected meaningful progress, with over 92% of employees agreeing their manager “cares about them as a person and an employee.”
