Pros

Great company to work for with amazing culture. Plenty of growth opportunities within the company. Celebrates employees, team oriented. Unlimited PTO. *Big Perk*

Cons

Customer Service department is stressed out. They need more help. At the rate of onboarding new schools, there needs to be an equivalent amount of help in the CS department, as well as with available TN providers.

At TimelyMD we continue to emphasize growth and efficiencies while focusing on providing better, more efficient care for our students. This year we have been able to increase the size of our Care Coordination Team, so as we have requests and referrals come into Support, we now have team members experienced in Case Management who are able to provide true white glove service to our members and students to guide them to the care they need. We are growing rapidly, and it has been great to see that even as we add more team members here at TimelyMD, we continue to hold onto (and strengthen) the culture that is so special and important to who we are and what we do! As we wrap up 2022 and head into 2023, we will continue to focus our hiring efforts and ensure we are prioritizing team growth for each department.

I genuinely don’t think there are any other than the people (who they’re burning out or forcing out)

Cons

To the Glassdoor responses from TimelyCare: “we found no record of the specific incidents referenced” is a strange thing to say about anonymous reviews. What exactly are you looking into — Slack messages? Zoom recordings? The implication that you’re investigating who wrote these reviews is more revealing than anything the reviewer said. The irony is that the very culture described in every negative review — retaliation against anyone who speaks up — is exactly why employees can’t give honest feedback internally and have to resort to anonymous posts in the first place. And then those posts get publicly discredited. I’ve been gone over a year and I’m still untangling what this place did to my sense of self at work. That doesn’t happen at healthy companies. Good luck to everyone still there.
