Pros

I have been an employee at TimelyMD for a year now; however, I have been in the professional world for 20 years. TimelyMD is truly a family environment, not just a work an environment. The care and concern for our (employees) mental health and wellbeing is unheard of. Having an "off" day, having family issues, a family or friend pass away- take the day to focus on yourself and work will continue the next day or when you're able. I have never heard of any other company who focuses so well on the culture, serves out the mission daily and wants their employees to feel their very best. Family comes before work and at all times. What other company states this as their priority and truly fulfills their statement? Very few, if any. To be honest, I feel like I am living in a dream job where every promise made is fulfilled and our Executive fully initiates, supports each and every one.

Cons

I wish that we could physically see one another more often but TimelyMD does an amazing job in bringing us together several times throughout the year. And while all virtual, our weekly company huddle brings us all together, just like we are in person. My con is for selfish reasons because I love our company and people so much!

Like many fast-growing organizations, priorities can shift quickly, which sometimes creates ambiguity around processes and decision-making.

I genuinely don’t think there are any other than the people (who they’re burning out or forcing out)

Cons

To the Glassdoor responses from TimelyCare: “we found no record of the specific incidents referenced” is a strange thing to say about anonymous reviews. What exactly are you looking into — Slack messages? Zoom recordings? The implication that you’re investigating who wrote these reviews is more revealing than anything the reviewer said. The irony is that the very culture described in every negative review — retaliation against anyone who speaks up — is exactly why employees can’t give honest feedback internally and have to resort to anonymous posts in the first place. And then those posts get publicly discredited. I’ve been gone over a year and I’m still untangling what this place did to my sense of self at work. That doesn’t happen at healthy companies. Good luck to everyone still there.
