Micro-managing tele-health platform for primarily college students, I found quite often customer service agents fielding calls from students and healthcare providers are far too often feeding and tending to their children, or at social events and/or multitasking their shopping and persoanl chores while navigating tele-health calls. This is not a professional hippa compliant platform. The CEO puts the needs of CSR above the students they serve and professional healthcare providers.
