Pros
TimelyCare is a once-in-a-lifetime employer. My coworkers and teammates are supportive and kind. The remote work options they offer are a game changer for work life balance. My managers here want you to succeed and ask what they can do for you instead of what you can do for them. They don't micromanage and set realistic expectations for productivity. I feel secure enough here to be transparent and express concerns or hurdles to my managers if they arise. TimelyCare encourages creative, out-of-the-box thinking instead of the usual "that's just how we've always done it" you typically hear in other healthcare environments.
In a world full of remote work options, I love that TimelyCare is a camera-on company. Even though employees are typically expected to have cameras on, if I'm having a rough day I know that I can let my manager know I might be camera off if needed. The health insurance benefits are great as well, (even dental!), and I am able to address every aspect of my health and wellness without paying an arm and a leg to do so. In my experience, because of the remote work options here, there generally seems to be less workplace drama at TimelyCare than in a typical, in-person healthcare work environment, which is probably why I love that employees can get together at least once a year in person to connect and build community.
Cons
Due to the nature of remote work, reliable communication and building trust across different departments can be difficult at times. I love being fully remote, but I do wish I could see my co-workers more in person.
