Pros
The sports department really has its act together, even though they rarely hit deadline. (If we news reporters were given the flexibility they had, we'd get A LOT more night meetings in the paper. It's really unfair. But they do a good job.)
Cons
The new editor is a dolt. He got fired from his last four jobs and he needs to get fired from this one, because he is truly atrocious. He has no idea what he is doing, and he panders to the publisher, who is also new and also a dolt. Bring back Doug Olsen.
