I'd say salary if your position didn't require you to use your personal vehicle and cellphone for 7 day a week work, at your expense.
Cons
7 day work week, no schedule time off, no compensation for wear and tear on vehicle, this position is a point of contact for I.C's, printing and loading dock workers, to managment, customer service reps. and customers. calls would come in 24/7 on your personal cell, you get zero compensation
