      The people are great to work with, highly technical and the work is rewarding.

      Cons

      You will not get a raise over cost of living. Ever, even if promoted. Normal scummy HR practices found in big business. Management are all company line.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
