      The training and development opportunities at Timken are great for entry level employees

      Cons

      The only downside for upper level management positions is that you would inevitable be at WHQ unless you work through the operations sides of the business.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
