Some good people on the ground floor who work there.
Cons
Not at all what I signed up for. Sold a false bill of goods to accept the offer. Business is up and down depending on their clients. Not a stable job. The rug can be pulled out from under you at any time. Zero opportunity to move up in the organization, and limited opportunity to learn from others. You're on your own out there.
