Pros
Pay is good, you get standard benefits. You are locally contracted out which requires minimal travel besides commute.
Cons
Commute was terrible. Poor communication at management level. Teams and individual positions are dissolved despite the years that the employees put in. Very unethical the position they dissolved is constantly posted to be filled again.
