      Clear communication from senior leadership regarding short/long term goals, push for quick and consistent internal growth, strong engineering teams with a focus on cutting-edge technology, fun/loving culture open to all backgrounds, meaningful mission to solve a real problem in today's generation.

      Still a young company with potential to have more structure and internal programs
