      -Independence to run events whenever is convenient for you and what you wanna do -Flexible

      Cons

      No real cons except maybe that whenever it came to branding we couldn't really get creative and had to stick to what was approved by the company even if our fliers looked better than the ones we made with the specified colors and images approved
