Pros
- highly collaborative workplace culture where ideation and risk-taking are encouraged - plenty of opportunities to lead projects and get visibility (something that usually takes awhile to get in bigger tech companies) - team cares about work/life balance - great benefits / unlimited PTO & Sick + wellness days! - depending on the team you work for, you can choose to work remotely
Cons
- lots of meetings; no meetings wednesdays isn't working - it is absolutely possible to have social spaces online where people can feel comfortable to unwind, connect, gab but everyone seems too busy to make time for it - way too many Slack channels
