      Good Benefits, great coworkers, nice PTO Policy

      Cons

      Bad management, office politics that gets in the way of projects. Different departments have different KPIs so they gatekeep each other. Teams are siloed. Leadership doesn’t have direction. Trades short term gains for long term solutions.
