      I used to be able to say "small team, big impact" but that was all burned to the ground three months ago.

      Incompetent leadership Political middle managers No product vision Too many days in toxic, political office No actual learning from past failures - just rush to the next one .

      Some managers aren't the best which could cause issues for some morale on some teams. Although outside of that, most things are good.
