The teachers and students are the best part about working at Tindley. You will learn a lot about teaching - both positive and negative - if you work at Tindley.

Cons

Administrators are not supportive and do not conduct fair evaluations. There are too many expectations for a regular work day so realistically you work about 60+ hours a week. You're expected to attend all student performances, sports events, etc. If you don't you're rated lower when evaluated.
