No Change: Still truly amazing technology that is so simple to use, most people refuse to believe Tintri’s claims are possible. Customers who buy once, invariably keep buying. Tintri delivers great customer support
Cons
Some changes here: The technology may be VM Aware, but the CEO is disconnected from the sales force and despite all the glowing HR and engineering comments that have been appearing recently, if you can't inspire your sales teams, you're dead in the water. Furthermore. the exec team in general were (unbelievably) navel gazing while storage competitors were busy adopting products to capitalise or neutralise the biggest threat to on-premises storage; Cloud adoption (public, MSP, CSP etc). Unfortunately the revolving door amongst the engineering and sales teams is still occurring – VP's of Engineering, Architecture, Platform Design, Marketing, Product Management, and sales leads too numerous to mention - just check out linkedIn
